Kevin Reuning, Account Executive

Kevin Reuning was raised in politics in Minnesota, where he started out volunteering for his mom's local campaigns for Mayor and County Supervisor. He then left Minnesota for Cleveland, Ohio, where he attended Case Western Reserve University and took a year out to go abroad to the London School of Economics. During this time, he broadened his political bandwidth by interning for Senator Herb Kohl in his D.C. office and for Senator Sherrod Brown in his Cleveland office. It was during those stints in congressional offices where Kevin gained insight into how the incoming calls, particularly patch-through calls, could influence the staff. Kevin also took a semester to study up close the rise of the Tea Party.

After graduating from Case with Bachelors' degrees in Political Science and Mathematics, he moved to Washington, DC. He started with Stones' Phones in the heat of the 2010 cycle and has since spent his time defending Democrats and Progressives across the country. He specializes in advocacy and strategizing for organizations and campaigns on the Stones' Phones roster. And when not defending the causes he believes in, he may be found hiking, reading or enjoying a concert.
