Rachel Garcia, Director of Operations

Operations Manager for Stones’ Phones. Rachel was born and raised in Wisconsin. In the late 1990’s, Rachel made her way to the California desert. She started working at Stones’ Phones in 2002, bringing years of experience editing tracks for the music industry to provide technical assistance editing automated messages. In 2007 Rachel move back to Wisconsin where she worked was the Administrative Director for America Votes in Madison, WI. She worked closely with state director in creating a great team of canvassers in helping to elect President Obama. After the election in 2008, she went on to work for another forward thinking organization, Wisconsin Progress, as Program Coordinator, where she help train and recruit progressive leaders to run for office in Wisconsin. Never one to sit still for very long, she also did a lot of campaigning for the 2010 election cycle. As of 2011, Rachel again joined the Stones’ Phones team as Operations Manager and works out of her office in Wisconsin. Rachel enjoys watching the Green Bay Packers and loves taking her daughter to Milwaukee Brewers games. Rachel of course still enjoys listening to and watching live music.
